Now your probably think this post would be about my husband.... Nope. It is really about honey!
A guy drove through Faro a few days ago selling honey and I bought two of these tubs. Oh so yummy! Seriously- I have been eating it off of a spoon.

I love honey, too!
I can't tell what size that tub is, but my mom used to buy it in giant buckets and then separate it into yogurt containers (the 1 L ones). I'll bet there was at least 15 L in those giant buckets!
One day when my mom was napping, my sister and I ate a whole container of honey. I don't remember it, but mom says we wouldn't touch honey for a long time afterward!
I really loved honey when I lived in Germany, too. They make a big deal out of the different kinds there: spring honey vs. fall honey, clover honey vs. barley honey... Yummmmmmmmmmmmm (except I don't like barley honey...) ;)
