Here they are playing a board game that we got out of the Faro Toy Lending Library. It is called Snail's Pace Race and they love it. It is easy to play; they roll two colour coded dice and then move colour corresponding snails. They have to continually guess which snail will win the race!
We have taken this game out three times so far and they have figured out how to play it all on their own now. However, it always ends with Cavan stealing the dice or snails, running down the hallway, and squealing with glee as Hunter cries. But there are some very nice moments before that point!
