This blog post is especially for
Jen and
Lindsay.
We are all supermoms in our own rights, but there are always the neglected items. And just to show my fellow supermama's that I neglect responsibilities too, here is proof:
|
I have been picking through the clean laundry baskets for clothes for the boys for two days instead of just putting it away in their drawers! |
|
This needs a serious scrub. But I think I will do it tomorrow.... |
|
I NEVER make my bed. Okay, maybe if I know company is coming. |
|
I can let this soak for another day, right? |

you really have no idea how much I love you right now. :)
Thank goodness I am not the only one. My house is a disaster but I have no energy or desire to clean/organize it. My family have been living out of laundry baskets for about two weeks now. What's the point in folding them and putting them away?
OH I'm so doing this post tomorrow, this could get viral. Mom's come out about being messy....however I think I'd totally kick your ass at being a terrible house keeper. You haven't put away laundry in 2 days, well try actually just wearing through an entire basket, never finding it's way into a drawer. lol
I may even take a photo of my basement!
At least you have kids as an excuse! What's MY excuse?!
Yay! Glad to see the pulling clean clothes out of the laundry basket is common!
Ha - same here Chantel! LOL
I always dump the kids' clothes in the hallway outside of their bedrooms. I pick through that until there is nothing left!!I only put it away when desperate!! LOL!! And I don't see the point of making the bed. I may straighten the duvet out once in a while, but I don't think that classifies as "making the bed". And my kitchen sinks always have stuff in them!! Usually one sink has clean stuff, the other dirty! I am the same as the Reid Family, no energy or desire to clean!! And with 2 small kids, 1 big kid and 2 fur babies (who like to pee on things) I don't see the point most of the time!! It won't stay that way, so why bother!! :)
