You're turning into quite the little community booster there. We actually visited a Crane here yesterday afternoon though we didn't see any actual cranes.

I'd love to see the cranes!
How often do you see them fly over? Do they land and stay for a while? Do you get to see them clos up?
haha lots of questions, maybe one day, i will come up to Faro.

Jozien- they have been flying over for the last week and will continue for another couple of weeks, although near the end you don't see many. Yesterday morning there were literally thousands of them taking off in the morning!! It was amazing and loud. They don't spend any time here unless it is evening and they have to settle down for the night. You will see dark swarms of them in the sky and it is such an amazing sight!

You should really make a plan to come to next years festival!
